Where is Tala Game Reserve?
Tala game reserve is a small game reserve near Durban. It is a 45 minutes drive from Durban. The Tala Game Reserve is run by the community around the area. It has one of the big 5 animals which is, a rhino. it also has animals such as giraffes, impalas, inyalas, hippopotamus, and a variety of bird species in their multitudes.

Tala Game Reserve Day Tour Itinerary
DAY 1
- Travelers will be picked up from their accommodation at 07:00 AM
- The arrival time at the reserve will be 07:45 AM
- The guide will tell you about the history of Tala game reserve while driving around to view different animals and birds
- The tour takes about 3 hours
- At 11:45 AM you will leave the reserve and head to the Zulu cultural village
- On your arrival in the village, you will be taken by local guides for Zulu experience and reptile park
- At 14:00 PM, lunch will be served either at Phezulu or in nearest restaurant
- The tour ends at 15:00 PM and guests are driven back to their accommodation
